Allaparthi Durga Prasad has been working in the field of Construction & Real Estate Development since the late 80s, having founded Prasad Constructions in 1986, followed by the constitution of Milroc in 1989. Over the years, with his dedicated hard work and business acumen, Prasad has developed and diversified his business into areas of manufacturing products ancillary to the construction industry through Manomay Interiors Pvt. Ltd., the hospitality arena with a Five-Star hotel by the name The Fern Kadamba Hotel & Spa, as well as in the area of films & entertainment with his own Production House, Prasad Creations, established in 2013 – an eclectic mix of interests and ventures pointing to a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. He is also a recipient of National Film Awards.
The Milroc Good Earth Group has successfully completed several construction projects, located in and around Panaji, Old Goa, Ribandar, Mapusa, Dona Paula and Kadamba. The satisfaction of Milroc’s homeowners is testimony to the group’s commitment to quality construction, Green buildings and eco-friendly environment. The construction division of the Group consisting of a team of highly experienced and efficient architects, engineers and support staff carries out the Real Estate Development Business, i.e. Milroc Good Earth Property and Developers LLP, Milroc Good Earth Developers, Milroc Good Earth Properties; all under the able leadership and guidance of its Chairman, Mr. Prasad. The Group also boasts of having completed prestigious projects equipped with most efficient water management and waste management techniques.
In addition to his valuable contribution to the business fraternity, Prasad also believes in contributing generously to social causes. He has been actively involved in several community service-oriented projects over the years. These projects indicate his commitment to the support of children in Goa, his interest in cultural development, as well as his dedicated support for environmental causes. He is the President of the Andhra Sangam and a trustee of the Panaji Ambulance Trust. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Panaji and an executive member of the Confederation of Real Estate developers Association of India, Goa (CREDAI).

Nagamanga Allaparthi has been associated with the MGED family as a partner since the year 2018.
